2. Cancellation Policy

2.1 Subscription Cancellation:

• Customers may cancel their subscription at any time by providing written notice via email to our support team at mail@schoolxon.com.
• Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No pro-rata refunds will be issued for the remaining days of the billing cycle.

2.2 Trial Period Cancellation:

• If a free trial period is offered, customers can cancel at any time during the trial without any charges.
• Failure to cancel before the trial period ends will result in automatic conversion to a paid subscription, subject to the applicable charges.

2.3 Non-Renewal of Subscription:

• Customers who do not wish to renew their subscription must inform us at least 7 days before the renewal date.

3. Refund Policy

3.1 Eligibility for Refunds:

Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:

• Technical issues that render the service unusable and remain unresolved for more than 7 business days after reporting.
• Incorrect billing or duplicate charges.

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the transaction date.

3.2 Non-Refundable Cases:

• Subscription fees already paid are non-refundable except in the cases outlined in Section 3.1.
• One-time setup fees or custom service fees are non-refundable.
• Refunds are not applicable for cancellations initiated after the service has been fully utilized during the billing cycle.

4. Refund Process

• Refund requests will be reviewed and processed within 14 business days of receipt.
• Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
• Refund will be initiated after 3-5 Business days.
